Project HOPE - Virginia
With Project HOPE-Virginia, I served as their Content Marketing Specialist, launched a lead ad campaign, and took on the role of account manager. I managed four social media accounts, achieving post reach of over 38,000 users. Over a year and a half, the Facebook account organically reached 30,000 impressions. I also contributed to the promotion of their podcast, website, and digital tools. Additionally, the LinkedIn ads campaign generated 1.2 million impressions, with a 3.05% engagement rate and a 1.24% CTR, driving significant audience interaction and leads.

Posh Virtual Receptionist
For POSH Virtual Receptionist, I managed both organic and boosted social media content as part of a three-month campaign. Over the course of a year, our organic content reached 22,000 users across three platforms. For Facebook posts, we achieved 7,460 reach with an average engagement rate of 1.85%, indicating steady overall performance. The LinkedIn page achieved an overall engagement rate of 23.63%, while the campaign from September to November 2025 saw an engagement rate of 20.37%, with the Black Friday boosted post reaching 265,855 impressions, driving significant visibility and audience interaction.

TechArk Solutions
In one year, I grew TechArk’s LinkedIn account to over 100,000 impressions and 19,000 post engagements, with content generating more than 14,000 clicks. Community engagement increased by 32%, with overall engagement continuing to grow, and total page reach reached 48,000. I also launched two internal newsletters, established the company’s TikTok account, and led ideation for new content initiatives, including TechArk Talks, a video series, and The TechArk Deep Dive, a team podcast highlighting subject matter expertise and discussing trending topics in AI and technology.

Center for Implementation and Evaluation of Education Systems (CIEES)
Across LinkedIn and Facebook, CIEES content has reached over 85,000 impressions with nearly 7,500 engagements, demonstrating strong audience reach and interaction across platforms. I have worked on building their brand, creating marketing campaigns, developing media kits, and promoting national and statewide modules for CIEES and their partners, helping increase visibility and engagement across all channels.
